Meeting Customer Needs
The core business of Whyte Chemicals is the distribution of chemicals and plastics. Our ability to service this business and fulfil the needs and requirements of our customers is dependent on the professionalism and integrity of the entire company.
We don’t believe it is sufficient just to make sure that customer needs are met. Whyte Chemicals recognises that we have a duty of care to all our stakeholders – employees, customers and the general public – to ensure that we store, transport and handle products in a safe and responsible way. This is especially important as many of the chemicals and plastic materials we supply are classified as hazardous,
Our experienced logistics team transport a vast range of products from suppliers in India, China, Russia, Latvia, Taiwan, the EU and many other countries – and prepare them for world-wide distribution. This has given us extensive experience in coping with the different demands of local customers and important / export health& safety and environmental regulatory issues.
The flagship distribution centre for Whyte Chemicals Ltd is on a nine acre site at Denaby in Yorkshire. Here some 1500 product lines are despatched to a wide range on industries. As well as handling general chemicals, Denaby distributes products to the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Our Logistics department concentrates on providing customers and suppliers with value added solutions. Dealing with order sizes from bulk vessels to small parcels we regularly have annual On Time In Full rates of over 98.5% .
As well as our flagship nine acre distribution site at Denaby in Yorkshire, we also have warehousing facilities in Holland, Belgium, France, Spain, The Czech Republic, India, China and the USA.

As part of this commitment we are signatories to the BCDTA Responsible Care Programme.
